Other acts relating to company law

Preparation and authentication of amendments to the articles of association (e.g. change of company name, purpose or registered office), conversions of a company (e.g. from a limited liability company to a public limited company) or mergers, as well as decisions relating to increases in capital, reductions in capital and the dissolution (liquidation) of a company; drafting of contracts such as shareholders' agreements, employment contracts, loan agreements, etc.

Legalisation (certification)
Legalisation of a signature or copy. If required, including an apostille from the State Chancellery.

Marriage contract (prenup / marital agreement)
Advice on the choice of matrimonial property regime and notarisation of the marriage contract ( prenup ) for the specific adjustment, modification or abolition of the matrimonial property regime, in particular joint ownership, separation of property and community of property.

Settlement of the succession (Testamentary Dispositions)
Inheritance contract (Contracts of succession) : an authenticated inheritance agreement enables the future testator to enter into binding commitments with third parties during his or her lifetime, for example to mutually benefit each other in terms of inheritance through an heir institution or legacy agreement. The contract of inheritance allows the individual needs of the contracting parties to be fully met. For example, heirs with reserved rights can even validly renounce their inheritance reserve by signing a contract of inheritance in favour of family members (contract of renunciation of inheritance or purchase of inheritance).

Last will / testament (Testamentary Dispositions) : unlike an inheritance agreement, a will is a unilateral legal act. I will be happy to advise and support you in your estate planning (heir institution and disinheritance, heirs reserving and presumptive, maximum beneficiary clause and legacies). Testamentary dispositions can be modified or cancelled at any time, provided that the legal formal requirements are met.

Personal provision
Advice on and drafting Advance Care Directive or Patient Decree and provisions in the event of death.

Authentication of other declarations (public deed)
Authentic enforceable public deed / writ of execution, bond or affidavit, etc.
